What is the Attendance Fraud Prevention Suite?
It's an embeddable verification layer that lets your platform prevent time fraud through geofencing, photo verification, and timesheet anomaly detection - without building complex logic or UI from scratch.
How does the fraud detection work?
easyteam's SDK verifies each clock-in and clock-out according to your customers' settings. You provide them with configurable options - such as when geofencing or photo verification should apply - and the SDK enforces those preferences automatically during use.
Can we choose which verification methods to enable?
Yes. You can enable geofencing, photo capture, or anomaly detection individually, or offer them as a combined suite. Each capability is modular, so your customers can activate what fits their policy while you maintain a consistent, branded experience, and the ability to upsell or monetize it across your pricing plans.
How is location and photo data handled?
easyteam doesn't store personally identifiable information (PII) by default. Photos and GPS data can be saved on your platform's own storage or through easyteam's managed infrastructure - depending on your privacy and compliance setup.
How does anomaly detection work during timesheet approvals?
The SDK automatically flags irregularities - like overlapping shifts, missed clock-outs, or excessive hours - during the timesheet approval phase. This gives managers clear visibility while your platform delivers clean, verified data ready for payroll export or auditing.
